Public pages contain sourced franchise information and public profile links. Family facts require a human privacy check before publication. We do not publish private addresses, private email addresses, or private phone numbers.

Correction and removal requests, including an optional reply email, are stored for editorial review. A reply email is used only to respond to that request. Automated email acknowledgements are not sent. Do not include private contact information or private family details.

Email sign-in uses the address you provide to send a verification code. After sign-in, the account email is stored with the account and a session token is kept in a secure, HttpOnly browser cookie for up to seven days. Google sign-in uses Google OAuth; the app stores the account email and uses the same seven-day session cookie. The app does not define a retention period for verification codes.

The platform records app usage and technical errors through its built-in analytics and error reporting. Public research pages do not require an account. External source and image hosts may receive normal browser request information when you follow a link or load an image.
